1. Acceptance of Terms
STOXGEN ("Company", "we", "us") ki website aur services use karke aap in Terms of Service se agree karte hain. Agar aap agree nahi karte to platform use mat karein. Yeh terms Indian law ke under govern hote hain.
2. Eligibility

4. Refund Policy
- 7-day refund window: New subscription ke 7 din andar cancel karein to full refund milega
- Technical issues: Agar portal down tha 24+ ghante to pro-rated refund
- Partial month: Refund nahi milega agar 7 din baad cancel kiya
- Annual plan: 7 din andar full refund. Baad mein remaining months ka pro-rated refund

- SEBI-regulated investment tips share karna bina registration ke
- Platform ka content scrape/crawl karna automated tools se
- API ka abuse karna (rate limits tod ke)
- Fake reviews ya misleading stock information post karna
- Multiple accounts banana
- Minors ko platform use karwana
- Hacking, malware, phishing attempts karna

6. Intellectual Property
- STOXGEN ka naam, logo, AI models, code — sab hamare intellectual property hain
- Market data Finnhub se licensed hai — redistribute mat karo
- Aap apna personal data (watchlist, journal) export kar sakte hain
- Community forum posts mein aap apna IP retain karte hain, lekin hume display karne ka license dete hain
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
STOXGEN provides information "as is" without warranty of any kind. Market data may be delayed. AI predictions are experimental and may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes from using our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, STOXGEN's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for: investment losses, missed trading opportunities, data loss, or service interruptions.
